All dogs must be fully up-do date with vaccinations – you will need to provide evidence of this prior to their stay to mae sure they and other guests are safe.
Dogs must have received up-to-date flea and worm treatment prior to their stay.
We will need you to fill in a reservation form prior to your dog’s stay, which can be downloaded here, or we can provide you with a printed copy f that’s more convenient.
Extended stays of seven days or more will require a 50% deposit prior to the booking being confirmed – this is fully refundable if you cancel more than 14 calendar days prior to the booking commencing, which should be done by calling us. This can be transferred to a future booking if you let us know within 7 days of commencement of the booking.
Charges for extra dogs apply to dogs that are from the same home only, to make sure they are fully familiar with each other.
Pick-up and drop-off times are 05:30AM – 07:30AM and 16:00PM – 22:00PM, although get in touch if this is not convenient and we can be flexible š
If your pet has a medical condition or needs medication, please let us know on the form or during your initial visit so that we are sure we can cater for their needs and that they receive the treatment they need. We have lots of experiece in administering medication.
Drop-off and pick-up times need to be pre-arranged (05:30AM – 07:30AM and 16:00PM – 22:00PM). Please try to arrive at the time agreed to avoid coinciding with others. If you are going to be late, please let us know.
